Love Letters
Love Letters is a 9x12 mixed media piece full of life and love in a time long past. It's done in a sepia color (an antique, bronzey, light offee color) keeping that antique feel. In the right hand corner is a framed picture of a Gentleman looking up at his love. In the background are letters he may have sent.
Allow me to create a Love Letter for you. Please send a COPY of a picture of your Mom, grandmother, even yourself (+NOT an original!) Anyone you'd like to immortalize, with copies of letters, memorabilia like a piece of a handkerchief, ribbon or dress, a copy of a picture of their love, a picture of a book they liked to read, piece of jewelry they wore, anything that represents them, can be worked into the art piece. Tell me their favorite color so that it can be used as an accent with the sepia color.
